This is my equipment, and I'm thinking of doing a superset of: Pull-ups - max (I can only do 4) Dips - max Burpees - 20 All these for 3 sets with a 2-3 minute break, and then to do some exercises for arms with the dumbbells for 3 supersets. And I want to ask you guys, is it okay for me to do it every day, or do I need some rest? Thank you very much.
