I've seen this: for every 10mg of peptide, add 1 mL of Bac water.
What Size Vial?
How did you decide what size vials to purchase in the beginning, as someone completely new (no prior GLP usage)? I will be making my first purchase of Reta in the coming weeks, and I want to make sure I get enough to give it a solid trial, but I don't want to be ordering too much and not going through a vial before the 6-8 weeks I'm seeing its good for (or am I missing something?). My brain isn't braining today, and I think I'm just overthinking it, so I could use another set of eyes (and maybe a new brain!). I intend to start low and slow, because I've never used anything before and don't want to make myself sick right off the bat with side effects.
Sharps Disposal
Here are two links to get a free sharps container. Even if you do not use these products, they will send you a container. https://www.novocare.com/diabetes/resources/safe-disposal.html https://emgality.lilly.com/sharps-container-registration

You can also use a detergent container that you get pods in - when full, duct tape it shut and write SHARPS on it. Used to do this for my biologics pens.
๐ŸŒธ The Ultimate Blood Work Guide for WOMEN: Hormonal Health Mastery
Women's health is more complex due to cyclical hormones, but that makes testing even more valuable for optimization. ๐ŸŽฏ Why Women Need Specialized Testing Female physiology requires different approaches: - Cyclical hormone fluctuations - Iron deficiency risk (menstruation) - Thyroid issues 5x more common - Bone health considerations - Reproductive health tracking ๐Ÿงช The Complete Female Health Panel Core Metabolic Health: 1. Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) Same basics as men Pay attention to protein levels 2. Complete Blood Count (CBC) Critical for women: Iron deficiency screening Hemoglobin, hematocrit, ferritin 3. Lipid Panel Women's risk increases post-menopause HDL naturally higher in women (aim >60) Female Hormone Panel: 4. Reproductive Hormones (timing matters!): Estradiol (Day 3 or mid-luteal) Progesterone (Day 21 of 28-day cycle) FSH & LH (Day 3 for baseline) Testosterone (yes, women need this too!) 5. Cycle-Independent Hormones: DHEA Sulfate (adrenal function) Prolactin (if irregular cycles) AMH (Anti-Mรผllerian Hormone for ovarian reserve) 6. Thyroid Function (crucial for women): TSH, Free T4, Free T3 Thyroid antibodies (TPO, TgAb) Reverse T3 if symptoms present Female-Specific Markers: 7. Iron Studies (essential): Ferritin (storage iron) Iron, TIBC, transferrin saturation B12, folate (for red blood cell production) 8. Bone Health (25+): Vitamin D3 (aim 40-60 ng/mL) Calcium, phosphorus Consider bone density scan if risk factors ๐Ÿ’Ž Female Optimization Targets Reproductive Hormones (premenopausal): - Estradiol: 30-400 pg/mL (varies by cycle phase) - Progesterone: >10 ng/mL (luteal phase) - Testosterone: 15-70 ng/dL - Free Testosterone: 1-4 pg/mL Critical for Women: - Ferritin: 50-150 ng/mL (many women <30) - Vitamin D: 40-60 ng/mL - TSH: 1-2.5 mIU/L (narrower range than labs suggest) ๐ŸŒบ Common Female Issues & Solutions Iron Deficiency: - Fatigue, poor exercise performance, restless legs - Solutions: Iron-rich foods, vitamin C, consider supplementation

@Melissa Meeks I go on Wednesday to a new doc with concerns of hypothyroidism, and to have other labs done; last time, I had my copper checked and it was twice the high normal range and my TSH had more than doubled since the previous draw 6 months prior. I'm not sure what to expect. I want to try Reta and GHK-Cu, but that copper level makes me leery.
Weight loss
I have been using tirz since June 2.5mg is my dose I've lost 20lbs. Im thinking I may need to increase my dose. My question is, is there another peptide I should use, I still have a big belly/ abdomen, Im able to wear smaller jeans but still big above the waist. Yes im middle age. I look forward to suggestions.

I think 20 lbs in 3-ish months is really good progress! Unless you've stalled for 4+ weeks, I think staying on your current dosage is good practice.

@Sherry Greer if you are going to increase, I definitely wouldn't immediately double it; I would go up in a very small increment to see if that is enough to be effective. The goal, as I understand it, is to avoid your body building a tolerance for as long as possible; going up too quickly, you run out of dosages to move up to sooner than you would otherwise.
