(1 acre + mobile) Pauline SC
Hi I’m new to this group, hope it’s ok to post this. I have an assignment of contract for 1 acre land plus a mobile home in Pauline SC. Wanting to JV if anyone here can help me with finding an end buyer. It’s a pretty good deal but it’s not my typical marker. Thanks all! Happy to be here and learn :)

@Avrom Smith the new law in simple terms bans not wholesaling but pretending to own a house when you lock it up. If you sell the contract and wholesale by way of assignment of contract or double closing it’s all legal. It more is an attack on agents and realtors from wholesaling

@Avrom Smith of course! Since I’m not licensed I am good to write up contracts and I’ve had attorneys in SC review them to ensure they abide with the laws. I’m about to close on another deal in SC. If you ever want to JV I have buyers in SC, NC, and WA state. 👍
