22 is a Magical Number... and worth celebrating
We are now 22 strong and I love the energy of everyone here! In numerology, 22 is known as the “Master Builder.” It represents the ability to take a big vision or inspired idea and turn it into something practical, tangible, and lasting. It combines the intuitive, cooperative qualities of 2 with the grounded, disciplined energy of 4 (2+2=4). It also represents stability. ✨ 22 Members — The Master Builder Number ✨ That feels especially appropriate today as Moving Beyond Words reaches 22 members. We may still be a small community, but we're building something meaningful — one connection, one conversation and one relationship at a time. ❤️🐾

22 is very stepupish yes:) Hi everyone! I haven't posted much nor was I able to attend the 10 am calls. My pup requires lots of stimulation. my friendly x and I are able to keep throwing the ball and walking with the ball. sometimes we loose the ball and I am always surprised by the subtle difference in her state without it. She suddenly picks up a stick for us to play with on the walk... I guess balls increase prey drive and sticks are dental care and more social play time things? Anyways I'm going to take in a book called "the other end of the leash" on spotify. very enlightening my friends says:)
🐾 What boundaries help YOU feel calm and balanced?
I was thinking today about the boundaries I've created to protect my own well-being. I treasure my slow mornings and my bedtime rituals. That quiet time helps me feel calm, focused and grounded. When I don't protect it, I notice I can become much more scattered and frustrated. It got me wondering about all of you. Which boundary makes the biggest difference to your well-being? 🌅 Quiet time to start or end my day 📵 Time away from technology/work 🧘 Time alone to recharge 📅 Protecting my schedule and saying “not right now” 💚 Something else... Please feel free to share your answer below... others may be feeling that way too! And here's another question to ponder... 🐾 What if our animal companions also need us to recognize and make space for their boundaries? What might a boundary look like for your companion? And could the boundaries that both we and our companions need have something to do with our individual natures? 🌳🔥🌎⚪💧 Want to explore this a little further? Join me for our very first Through the Elemental Lens discussion this Wednesday, September 9 at Noon Pacific, when we'll look at boundaries, balance and what they might reveal about both you and your animal companion. The link is in the calendar, or you can click this link to join that day as well https://www.skool.com/live/FDps44xKvcZ

Hi friends! this is me and my girl Trillium😍 We are always looking to have great communication and understanding:) She is 4 now and is getting really well behaved as am I but she is still very reactive in the car to anyone outside the car. She also takes a bit to relax around people she does not know so well and it is a bit stressful for me.
