To compensate the Founders for purchasing approximately 750 NFTs at 0.05 Solana during the initial presale, we're implementing the following buy-back Policy. For any item that was purchased during the initial presale, and not sold since, we will buy back the items that presale buyers bought at the price of 0.05. Note: This only applies to items purchased during the presale that weren't sold subsequently. Here's how to claim your buy-back: (1) List the presale-bought NFT at the price of 0.050 on Magic Eden. Make sure the sale price is 0.05. (2) Unsold items from the Collection will now be listed between 0.025 and 0.049. 100% of the proceeds from these sales will be used to buy-back presale bought items from the founders that have never sold. Note: Any items bought post presale are not eligible for the buy-back. Only items that haven't been sold since the presale are eligible. (3) 53% of Sales of other Collections will also be used to buy-back all presale bought items. The reason for this buy-back policy is to give the Founders of this NFT Collection, the ones that bought them before they were minted, which covered the cost of creating this collection, have a chance to exchange their original purchases to purchase any other NFT of our (4) collections. Naturally, when they bought the first collection, there was only one option. Also, because we determined as a community that this NFT Collection was overpriced, we decided to lower the price of this collection in accordance with it's intrinsic value, compared to the other collection to make trading between collections more fair and interesting for traders and collectors. At lower prices, our NFT owners get to make more trading decisions to create a portfolio of NFT that matches their preferences and goals. This new policy makes it possible for the biggest owners of our collection, to own more NFTs from other Collections, which we see as a positive long term benefit. Also, this policy is the last price adjustment that we need to make to reset the fair market value across all of our collections, and now we can pursue the goal of selling the entire collection to the community, and letting the community determine the FMV (Fair Market Value) of the collections, by their own bidding and listing decisions.
