What Are the Biggest Challenges You're Facing as a New YouTuber, and How Are You Overcoming Them
At my stage in my YouTube growth, finding the time and not overthinking my content has been my biggest challenge right now. Working full time, I need to figure out a weekly schedule to devote just a couple hours a week in preparing my weekly video. What I have learned is the video prep doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't even have to be in the galaxy of perfect. But it must be posted. I have confidence in my ability to shoot the video in one or two shots, then edit it in a timely fashion.

@Andrew Laws so what your channel performance man?
Most People Think YouTube is About Uploading But It’s Really About Positioning
I used to think success on YouTube was about uploading more. But after studying a bunch of channels that blew up in under 6 months, I realized it’s not just about the content it’s how you position it. Same topic, same niche but one video hits 500 views and another hits 500k. The difference? – The title creates curiosity without confusion –The thumbnail makes you feel something – The idea taps into a topic people are already obsessed with It’s kinda wild how small tweaks make a huge difference. Have you ever uploaded a video that felt great but just didn’t take off? What do you think held it back?

Why Small YouTube Channels Blow Up Without Fancy Gear
Been watching some channels lately that are getting 10k+ subs in a few months and they’re not using crazy cameras or expensive editors. What I noticed is that their thumbnails are 🔥 (clear, emotional, curiosity-driven) They focus on storytelling, not just facts They reuse proven video ideas from bigger channels, but add their own twist You don’t need to reinvent the wheel just look at what’s already working and improve on it. Curious… what’s been your most unexpected performing video so far? Or the one that flopped when you thought it’d win?
