❤️ HOW TO MAKE YOUR MOTIVATIONAL LETTER STAND OUT A motivational letter is different from a CV and cover letter. A CV says: "Here's what I've done." A cover letter says: "Here's why I'm a good fit for this opportunity." A motivational letter says: "Here's why I want this opportunity, what drives me and where I want to go." 🔥 THE SECRET: TELL A STORY. Don't just say: "I have always been passionate about business." Explain WHY. For example: "My interest in business began when I started experimenting with small digital projects. What started as curiosity developed into an interest in understanding how businesses attract customers, solve problems and use technology to grow." Now the reader has something to remember. 🎯 Your motivational letter should answer 5 questions: 1️⃣ Why are you interested in this field? - What genuinely interests you? 2️⃣ Why do you want THIS opportunity? - Why this company, programme, university, bursary or position? 3️⃣ Why should they choose you? - What experiences and qualities do you bring? 4️⃣ What have you learned? - Talk about experiences, challenges, projects or situations that helped you grow. 5️⃣ Where are you going? - What do you want to achieve in the future? 💡 BE SPECIFIC. Instead of: "I want to work for your company because it is a great company." Say: "I was particularly interested in this opportunity because your focus on developing young professionals aligns with my goal of gaining practical experience while building the skills needed for a career in this field." That sounds much more genuine. ⭐ MOST IMPORTANTLY: Don't try to sound like a CEO. Don't use complicated words just to sound intelligent. Don't make up achievements. Don't copy something from Google and change the name. Tell your real story, explain your real motivation, and show them what you want to become. The goal is for the person reading it to finish and think: "I want to meet this person."
