Question: if your building an inbound AI reception for a company and they only have 1 phone number for their business and they already have someone answer calls but are super busy. Do i have to let owner know they need a seperate phone number for the AI agent?

Proven experience building and deploying complex systems for real-world businesses. Expertise in designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks). Why did this video example sound so real but in one of courses you used vapi and it sounded so robotic and delayed?
