Thanks for sharing @Goose Dunlavey ! such an important topic. For some reason many love helping others but can’t ask for help ourselves because we feel “weak”. But, when we think about a friend we may have helped at a lower point, do we think they are weak? Likely not. So, like tf, ask for help! You owe it to yourself and others.
