I've been using the EOG spreadsheet to blast emails. I've used 3 separate emails so far, and each one has been limited to either 101 or 102 emails. According to Google's rules we should be able to send out 500 per day per email. Has anyone else run into this?

@Jonathan Hutchins so you would run your gmail presumably through thunderbird and that allows you to surpass that 100 emails a day limit? That's actually super interesting. Are there limits with that? And do you need to run that through linux for it to work? I actually tested sending emails to myself from my workspace gmail vs personal accounts and the emails sent from the branded domain always ended up in the spam box, so that seemed like kind of a waste That's valuable insight man, I appreciate your responses

@Andrew Finn Is that a paid tool your using now? I think we can do email blasts from XLeads too, but I haven't really looked too far into that feature yet
Lost my first Deal Not my Motivation
Had a deal direct to seller in ATL, seller comprised with the private lender at a short sale for the original offer, then the day before closing wasn't accepting the original offer at $160K and was asking $240K for loan payoff. SMH

A lot of these properties are wooded areas, is your buyer still open to purchasing those if he has to clear all of the trees? What are the guidelines?

I just connected xleads and leadflow yesterday. I'm new to using both, so I'm probably missing something simple here. I see all of my leadflow leads in my xleads contacts, but how do I skiptrace all of them from there?
