This week's realization: The gap between "I want to help" and "I actually helped" isn't strategy. It's not funding. It's execution. And here's where I caught myself slipping this week. I got excited. Features. AI. New automation. Dashboards. All the shiny stuff that looks good in a pitch deck. Then I remembered: Cleaners don't need fancy dashboards at 6am while driving to location. They need a human to pick up the phone when a they can't find the actual address or client locks them out. So we're doubling down. Actual live support. Fast. Real people. Second thought: Most industries aren't broken by accident. They're broken by design. The cleaning industry doesn't have to take 50–70% from the person scrubbing the toilet. Everyone does it because everyone else does it. And the people getting hurt? They never had a seat at the table to change it. Goal this month: -Fix the remaining bugs -Finish the boring legal stuff -Acquire 10,000 homeowners ready to book cleaning services the moment we launch. We have 2,000 homeowners so far. That's the work. One cleaner. One homeowner. One bug fix at a time. This week, I'm less excited about what we could build. And more focused on what we actually do. See you on the other side. Keep building!
