That makes me stop & say “Wait, what?” thinking the client or trainer did something wrong with the exercises. The “Huh” comes in when the trainer daps up his client after the set. The next clip is the trainer & client laughing with text “Without this.” It had you thinking the post was about the form or something else. When in reality the “Tell me more” part came in from reading the caption & seeing that training shouldn’t only be hard work but also something your client looks forward to. People really want to build their body and relationships. - 2nd post has me thinking “Wait, what” why is this dude holding a laptop in the pool? The hook is not only visual but he also says “What happens when you hire me as your fitness coach?” The last part is tell me more, where he explains what he offers his clients. He even does a rehook where he says “You” the viewer then cuts to a guy walking like 5 dogs. Then he continues to explain more about his coaching. - 3rd post opens with a “Kiss or slap” for the visual hook. Then cuts to a shirtless trainer wearing a vest & he guides you thru a workout. He even has a rehook where he says “Jason get off the phone”. - 4th post is ASMR & visual. “Wait what” comes in from the text & video showing “if you want abs this summer. This is the key. Monster + protein” followed by a bunch of jump cuts. It made me say Huh then tell me more immediately to see if it was actually good or terrible. - 5th post is a visual hook, a guy on his phone watching a workout followed by “Whoa! That looks like an insane stretch that I’m gonna have to try!” Followed by the series name “Pump or Dump” where he tries viral workouts to see if they’re worth doing or not. Which makes me say tell me more then I watch him do it himself.
