GM everyone, I`m Hlyeb Kazantsev, and well, I work as an AAA (AI Automation Agency) by helping plumbers and electricians in the UK, by helping them creating an AI virtual receptionist/assistant, that`s able to reply on voice on every incoming call and handle the conversation by asking some basic questions to the enquiry, like name/surname, problem, availability. Tomorrow I`ve my first Demo call with a man at 10 AM - the problem is that I don`t have any AI-voice agent created. I thought, I`ll land first a lead, and then start building (I already had the idea of how it might looked like), and well, I`ve already created smth on n8n, but it doesn`t work at all, there`s on voice). I`m gonna attach a video below explaining what I currently have, hoping that someone might help me, for which I`ll be immensely thankful. The core problem is that the AI nodes execute and type the right thing, but then, the Twilio node blocks, and nothing is said on the phone call with the "prospect" of that plumber - literally 0, just hang up. The call just occurs, but nothing is said, despite the saved data (number and timeframe and some other irrelevant) that alone means nothing on the Sheet.
