Hi everyone! I’m eager to hear more because I’ve never considered property management, but I’m always looking for other ways to bring in income. I’m currently a Realtor in the Round Rock area—Matt’s my Broker! And I’ve worked with Lexi on a few deals lately. I’m also a wife, mom to 4 boys, run a non-profit and have a downsizing company.

I recently moved to Clearwater, Florida from Virginia and have been wanting to get into real estate investing for a while. I figured anyway to get in the door is good and property management is something a lot of places will need, so that would be something I am very interested in. I feel like it could help me take care of my kids better and have plenty of time for them. I've done a little bit of everything from electric, plumbing, roofing, siding, construction, tree and landscaping, and more. So I feel like I have a wide range of experience for this kind of work.
