AI Just Saved Me Thousands
In Under 60 Minutes. No designer. No agency. No Canva marathon. No Photoshop. Just AI. Today I completely rebranded my entire Skool community: ✅ Classroom thumbnails ✅ Course covers ✅ Community graphics ✅ Mascot design ✅ Brand identity ✅ Vault graphics ✅ AI Coach graphics ✅ Challenge graphics ✅ Start Here section Every graphic now looks like it came from a $10,000+ branding package. Here's exactly how I did it: STEP 1: Upload your current graphic. STEP 2: Tell AI exactly what you want your brand to become. Mine was: "Veteran Dad Entrepreneur" "GrowthLAB" "Blue & Orange" "Trust" "Community" "Education" "Pixar-quality mascot" STEP 3: Create ONE master brand prompt. This becomes your brand bible. STEP 4: Feed every old graphic into AI one at a time. Tell it: "Redesign this using my official brand identity." STEP 5: Keep refining until every graphic looks like it belongs in the same ecosystem. The result? A community that finally looks as good as the value inside it. The crazy part... Most people spend months talking about rebranding. I did mine before lunch. We're living in a time where your biggest limitation is no longer money. It's imagination. How many of you are still using the same graphics you created 2 years ago? 👇

Four Days of Doing the Work… Here’s What Smacked Me in the Face
I’ve been in a pretty intense work sprint this week... deep thinking, rebuilding, tearing things apart, putting them back together. Not for a launch… not for a client… just for my own growth. And a few things hit me harder than expected. 1. Clarity is way more uncomfortable than confusion. Confusion feels safe because you don’t have to commit. Clarity forces decisions. And decisions expose whether you’ve been playing small. 2. “One person” is always the right answer... even when you swear you’re different. I thought I was crisp. Turns out I was still hiding behind broad language dressed up as strategy. 3. Every roadmap has an expiration date. The one that got you here usually isn’t the one that gets you where you're going next. Letting go of an old system is weirdly emotional. Just sharing the stuff I’m wrestling with because I know a lot of us are building, refining, or reinventing right now. And honestly… it feels good to grow in public again.

Yo LFGers! I did it!!
Not quite Rocky esq but more with an English accent and no black eyes. I finally launched my ad yesterday! I purposely told myself I wouldn’t track the data until day 3 as I know I would obsess too much over it. Got my first new member from it today! Let the good times roll and more members coming in! Huge boost for me and it’s all thanks to the challenge

Let’s goooo! Love seeing this, man. Nothing hits like that first “new member” notification when you finally put an ad into the wild.

When friction hits, go back to the fundamentals
I'm not a guru, an influencer, or even an excellent salesman... But I like to think I'm pretty good at learning quickly. All of @Dan Harrison courses are absolutely fantastic and teach lots of the right things. But I think I dove in too quickly and tried playing King level games with apprentice level skills. He's right when he says all we need at the beginning is an offer doc and a way to communicate with 1 person at a time. When I went back to the basics, removed the added tiers, turned off my 4 step automated funnel I built in backpak, and dropped my entry level price to $0, I added 8 new members in an afternoon. That's a 50% increase just from sending out Facebook messages to people I know. Something I should have done when I started 3 months ago. Don't try to scale faster than recommended. Follow the plan and watch it come to fruition!! What have you been struggling with and what basic action can you do to overcome it?

Man, I felt this in my bones. Every time I’ve tried to “skip levels,” the market smacked me right back into the fundamentals. It’s wild how often the simplest moves work the best.
Day 1 of my 5 Day Challenge just wrapped up and wow…
I wasn’t expecting it to hit as hard as it did. Today we worked on something simple but surprisingly tough. Figuring out the one painful problem you really solve and the one transformation you actually deliver. Sounds easy until you try to write it down. But once people got it, everything clicked. Their offer made more sense. Their message got clearer. You could see the relief on their faces. Like “why didn’t I do this sooner?” A few things that stood out today: • Most coaches are trying to solve too many problems at once• Vague offers kill momentum • Confidence shows up the moment your offer gets simple • Clarity makes content 10 times easier Honestly, it was cool to watch people go from confused to confident in minutes. Here’s something I’m curious about. If you had to choose only one painful problem you help people with, what would it be? Drop it below.
