@Mike Milligan I use two tools. My go-to is Granola. It's $14/month and connects to your microphone rather than directly to the meeting, so it doesn't appear as a participant. It also lets you dictate notes into Google Sheets or other documents, and the whole experience is very seamless. As a backup, I use TurboScribe, which is $110/year. If Granola doesn't start properly or I forget to launch it before a meeting, I can upload the recording to TurboScribe, generate a transcript, and then move it into ChatGPT or Claude to create summaries, follow-up emails, action items, client notes, or whatever I need.
