Building on what I shared earlier in the Coffe Chat as we are midway through the month. My plan for the rest of September is (before I reset my store with advice from the experts here and after the store review): 1. Keep all eBay/Vinted payouts in the business - to get as much cash as I can back to build the biggest possible cash balance for 1 October ready to reset. 2. Spend no additional money on stock 3. Build a buffer for business expenses due before October (put money aside for things like storage fee, polybags, clear bags for new items, tape, garage rental fee 4. List the 10 items I currently have on hand. Plus add any personal clothing or shoes I have to add to my cash pot for relaunching my store and new strategy next month. I am clearing my wardrobe out too as we are about to decorate - so as good a time as any. Do not want to sell my beloved football shirts though! 5. Continue selling/discounting old undesirable inventory. I'm going for cheap stock with discounts of 50%+. If it's not sold by the end of the month delist, put in a pile to bundle or try and sell off at car boots. Worst case scenario, cash for clothes. None of it owes me anything 6. Tidy up the office and photo area where I process and list items (pictures to come) 7. Organise the garage and reset to zero/condense the boxes down. (pictures to come) 8. Once 7 is completed, pull out the best items I have that hit my metric of £15+ profit and start a new filing system (pictures to come)
