Anybody using, or considering the use of AI Agents to cold call, Text or email Property Owners?

We have a virtual assistant that skiptraces and builds out GoHighLevel to do this. We give him a list of addresses, then he finds the owners, uploads that data into GHL which then automates SMS, email, and voicemail drops to that list of people. And then because they are in the CRM, it automates a lot of the follow ups and nurturing. Highly recommend it. Happy to make an intro to him as well if you go down that route.
