I'm not sure if I'll do any trading today with it being a holiday and my kids home from school. I know that Columbus Day, or Indigenous People's Day (whichever you prefer) doesn't get the love that it used to, but it still kind of sticks out in my mind as a federal/bank holiday. That being said; the stock market is open as usual, so what I think I'll do is stick around for the open and see what happens in that first hour. If volume is low and price looks like it is range bound I'm going to call it a day early. On MES and MNQ I'll be looking for price to take at least ONLs, on MNQ I'd like to see it take PDL from Friday and then reverse for a bullish move on the day. On Dow I'd like to see it fill in at least some of that big move from Friday, possibly even erase it entirely, so I'm actually bearish on Dow today. But, like I said; that first hour will let me know if I'm going to put any capital at risk today or just wait for tomorrow.
