Guy what am I supposed to see or feel or expect when doing chakra meditations? What did you guys have . I am feeling light headed right now , I just did the root chakra one .

Hello rebels , I just took this lesson of live to dance and dance to live . He teaches that , this journey does not end in meditation , after it , dance to the rhythm of the cosmos . My thoughts on this is that what I do in life , I mean even the simple things like cleaning my room I have to do it in a way that I have my mind in it . I have heard the story of monks who did this in their activities of carrying buckets of water or chopping wood . To me this sounds like meditation is just continuing but am just not sitting down or lying. Let me know what you people think, I would love your opinions on that lesson .

Hello rebels , I am about to embark on the meditations in the classroom . I would want to ask anyone who has been there to give me some insights if there are any . Or would yoy suggest that I just go there and get my own experience?

Greetings, family! I was curious to know if anyone else here has broken free from religious programming? I was raised United Pentecost and I have worked for 25 years to de-program myself from the Christian dogma and fearful mindset that was fed to me daily in my young years. I can now say that I view Jesus and the Bible in a light and understanding that the church fears. So, anyone else? 😊

I used to judge people, people who were narrow minded, eat meat, criminal, people who claim themselves to be higher than others. I used to have a feeling of petty for them. Slowly slowly I realized they have a softer side, that they are not my enemies until I make them in my head. That helped me to focus on what they need, and to not judge them as everyone is improving day by day. But now I am again stuck, People who claim themselves to be enlighted, I can't help myself but to put them on trial. I have this constant urge to prove them wrong. I don't know where this desire will lead me to, but I have not made peace with it yet. Can someone help me overcome it ?
