Since I know Ian is dying for someone to make a post Iāll go. How does everyone do there āhotwashā or after action? I really havenāt been a fan of the way they go at my department. Itās more like āno one got hurt, the fire went outā and itās normally days after the incident. Sometimes it seems like you canāt make comments without hurting peopleās feelings about the decisions they made. Which truly I donāt care about. And maybe thatās a topic or another post. Iāve seen some companies do one literally on scene while itās still fresh. Iāve been apart of some bigger ājobsā or incidents where I thought maybe company officers or chiefs should have been at the after action to give there perspective on how things went. Would love to hear what everyone out there is doing! Thanks
