When to buy the dip?
With the recent Condo market in Toronto in disarray. When would it be a good time to "buy the dip"? I'm seeing some 1bed and 1baths for sale for $400k Every price of real estate is an investment at a certain price. What price is that for you? *Disclaimer: this is a question/discussion, I am not well educated in the Toronto condo market.

I'm not a big fan of condos but I see that the valuations are still somewhat high. A $400k condo wouldn't be terrible, depending on the size of the unit and the monthly maintenance fees. A larger unit at that price point with reasonable maintenance fees close to the downtown core, might be a good deal but you'd have to model out what valuation and cash flow would work for you. I'm not looking to purchase anything that isn't cash flow positive so condos would be ruled out for me.
