30 min walk โœ… 50 push ups. I was not looking forward to these. They were very hard but I we made it. The wall sits sucked too. We made it in the club tonight! 160 oz of water for today. Didnโ€™t reach my goal but I didnโ€™t have soda. Ill take that win. I hit my step goal today!
