@Wesley Penner I actually managed to make them work pretty well together today - cowork default folder lives inside my obsidian vault so Claudian (Claude in obsidian) can see everything it does so I can use Claudian to directly edit how my cowork behaves Basically Cowork acts as my executor and Claudian is my designer and ceo - haven’t ran into any issues yet Happy to share what I’d did if your interested but think it’s pretty bulletproof of integrating the app and cowork into the vault - basically if Claude ever dies everything Cowork does is stored in my vault

@Valérie Tremblay honestly completely changed my system since it was janky - I predominantly use cowork now and use them both acting in the same folder - so claudian is rarely used or purely in analysing documents - I would setup based on cowork then claudian is just a small tool
