@Damien Hooper I would say that Since Sleep is a rested state. So is nervous system regulation. And that, if the body is stuck in hyper vigilance, fight, flight then it will be very difficult to get high quality sleep. Which is a feedback loop. I told my cousin about 5-6 years ago that when she lays down to go to sleep to pay attention to her breathing she told me I did that last night and fell asleep immediately and now do that every night. Breath is restful
