Looking to build an SOP for acquisition and sales for the agency, was wondering how to SOP the sales side of the business, as it seems different than the service delivery side

Hey guys, hope you're all doing great, so thankful for being part of this community with other agency owners who wanna crush it I only got started with my email marketing agency for ecommerce brands like a month ago, and I believe I have a solid skillset to provide great results for them I want to start outreaching but I believe I first have to actually warm up my email which takes 2 months approx right?
