@Swayam Singla yeah buyers are pulled from tax record data but I’ve built a system that shows each zip code and how %s change Then for this data it was 600+ buyers so you would get all their phone numbers Then I have which buyer is the β€œhottest” in each zip so you could pull them when you have a deal in that zip code It’s much deeper than what I’m saying here
