Bio: I am a former mountaineer making a comeback on the road to becoming fit again. I am learning a new way to exercise, eat, goal-set, and live.

Bio: Road BMX as a teenager and only found road cycling again age 50. Currently 60 (feel like 30) and love road cycling and competing at velodrome events.
