Here are my two template reels: https://www.instagram.com/reels/DfbSfu5yUyi/ https://www.instagram.com/reels/DfbRK6oSzZr/ What I learned: For these two I only used photos and videos that were already on my phone. It worked, and it’s the fastest way to post, but I can feel the difference: the clips weren’t made for the template, so some moments don’t hit as hard as they could. So two things I’m taking away: 1. Film for the template when it matters. If a template has a strong concept, it’s worth shooting 2–3 shots made exactly for it (right angle, right action, right timing) instead of forcing old clips in. 2. Build a stock of B-roll I can pull from anytime. A library sorted by mood, so I’m never stuck: - Hook shots (motion, props, something weird in the first second) - Food (meals, shakes, cooking) - Low moments (tired, stressed, the “105 kg me” energy) - Love (my wife, my daughters, family moments) - Gym and training - Business and work (laptop, my shop, my brands) - Calm and mindset (coffee, sunrise, walks) With that stock, any template that pops up becomes a 5-minute job, and I can post every day even on my busiest days.
