I'm Matt, Host of the upcoming CoachLab podcast (thanks for the help with the quick setup, @Matthew Thompson !). I'm married with 2 kiddos and am launching my own community in the next 30 days. I was in ministry for 20 years while also having a strong career in marketing and sales (set records in both) and had an apologetics ministry for 10 years where I worked alongside a number of apologists you may know (if you're in the Christian world). Found my calling as a coach at 40 (I'm now 41, which feels super old, and I feel like I'm still 25 and still wear Vans 😉) after going through a few years of some heavy trauma and coaching literally saved my life. I was a men's leadership and confidence coach for a while, but then after getting a lot of requests from my peer coaches to help them with starting and scaling their coaching businesses realized that all of my years as a pastor, online marketer, and salesman could be tied into one thing, I started doing that and have had great success. So, now I'm going to be interviewing the world's most remarkable coaches on my new show, which launches in May. Looking forward to continuing the ride with all of you!!
