For column H type: =GPT("Create a real estate listing description for a " & {{Beds}} & "-bed, " & {{Baths}} & "-bath " & {{SqFt}} & " sq ft property located at " & {{Address}} & ", highlighting features: " & {{Key Features}}) 9.
