I want to build a community that teaches those who don't know anything about cooking! when i was a kid we weren't allowed in the kitchen. we were in the way. with life as busy as it is nowadays !there's so many out there that don't even know where to start. i want to be that mom that teaches them. what's your favorite meal from your childhood? i'd love to hear it

Hi Heather, I am a career pastry chef. I developed the love for patisserie, and cooking in general, from my early years of standing on my Nana's kitchen stool, rubbing flour and butter together, getting messy and having the time of my life. I am now doing this with my two children. My all time favourite food are my Nana's mince pies, the whole family craved them and it was a bit of a fight when we head they were in the oven...
