Your macros look out based on the plan i sent you, you have too much protein make the steaks 200grams to 250 will be enough and add some potatoes as a side to one of the steak meals. 2. The foods are all great - just get pasture raised eggs which means the chickens eat a species appropriate diet not corn fed 3. There is caffeine in green tea but if your trying to wind down caffeine its a good alternative for now just know it has caffeine each cup is around half a coffee 4. Meat they are both fine just put it in cronometer as meat with fat will be higher in calorie than a lean meat
