Well, here goes….I am an average Joe who has had some health issues, and I simply want to live a full and healthy life so that I can spend more time with my family and see my grandchildren and children grow up and experience all that life has to offer them! One action I have already taken is working with Seth…future action is to dial in my diet and exercise program specifically get back on track after I got back from vacation!
