Firstly, thanks to Doug for the opportunity to be involved and motivation throughout the challenge. I started the challenge strong, kept to the meal plan and exercise plan for the first week. I quickly learnt that the time I was trying to set aside for exercise wasn't going to work with a 3 month old, while keeping the household happy. The only thing I felt that I could keep consistent was the meal plan, so I was very strict with this. Most proud of breaking my bad food habits and the best moment was when my partner asked if I was sucking in for these photos 😅
