Good morning Everyone!🤗❤️ It is a beautiful sunny and brisk Saturday morning in upstate New York. I am about to grab some coffee, maybe tea, and sit outside to journal, figure out next steps and set my intentions for the rest of the day. I do this better outside where I am with the trees, squirrels, chipmunks, many varieties of birds and yes, even insects. Nature calms me and empowers me at the same time. On the coaching side, I have secure two "free" clients to prepare for certification and to practice my techniques before I test/place my ads for a fee. Free is in quotes because these clients have paid me in other ways and I want to help them break through their limitations to be the full beautiful spirits that I know they are. On another note, I have a 13 years old video clip from when my then 10 year old daughter was on a TV show saying wonderful things about how I coached her in all ways. Now at 23, she is going to do an updated version and we will splice the two together for an ad...it is a beautiful full circle moment!🥰 Have a lovely Saturday!🤗
