Had a call this afternoon with an owner who self manages that wants someone to take over. Great conversation and agreed CTA to follow up by end of this week after looking at all the numbers to see if the right fit on both sides. Looking to finalize deal I mentioned last week soon, awaiting property visit but owner is ready to proceed

Current property manager and contract for 90 day cancelation, however trying to see if they can part ways sooner for sure. Super pumped b/c I hate cold calling and it's nice to get a referral call you instead :)

I have seen this in hotels as a standard experience, not sure if it would or wouldn't work well in a short-term rental, trying to imagine it in a guest's shoes

@James Barthol right! If it is geared more towards those types of ads, more of recommendations, then I think that could work. I have went through their site to understand more and on the waitlist, but I'll see if I can get more info as well.

@Matt Codd, agree with James. Generally how to help support growing direct booking strategy. This would definitely include how to utilize Facebook Ads and other marketing tactics, including email marketing strategies with mailing lists.
