Lush! (Never would've guessed Squirrels live in Guatemala.) Thanks for the share!
Putting in round windows
I realize that this is a finishing phase of the building process that few of you are actually able to apply currently but I thought you might it interesting. It’s nice to have wooden shutters because you can have the windows completely open during the day without a screen and then close them at night when the mosquitoes are active. The color you see on the outside is a Lime wash with a green iron oxide added and also a brown oxide on the inside. It is a clay paint made up of equal parts flour paste, very fine sand, clay and oxide for color. I also added a little bit of peppermint essential oil for a nice subtle fragrance and also to help keep insects out of the structure. We’ll see if it helps.

1. Are the hinges painted, do you coat them, or does the lime not react with the metal and they're okay without any modification? 2. Is that 'Mint Green'? Great earthy contrast! 3. Peppermint essential oil is used w/flute finishes also to keep the Spiders/bugs out :) 4. Really digging the 'living construction' of palletable cobbing & it's LIVE-Action flexibility! 5. Also... a clove/cinnamon/peppermint essential oil mixture is used to keep Mice away. 6. Thanks for another great video. 7. NOTE: After typing "1. ", hitting the 'Return' key automatically adds the next # in succession, & with a space after it ("2. ", "3. "...).
Making a round opening in a pallet wall
Just thought I’d share this little video with you all of how I make a round opening in a pallet wall. It’s easier to do it on the ground before being put up on the wall but it can be done in place as well. I’ll put either a nice round stain glass in the hole or plexiglass screwed to the outside

The exposed rafters are a great(!) look. Where are you sourcing all these funtastic stained glass windows (do you know a maker, self or other)?

🎇!Outstanding!🎇
Termite capping
Are you able to put termite plates on top of pier blocks? I think there's an extra paver that goes on top of the block, could ant capping go under that and on top of the block?

Lime is an excellent Natural pest-deterrent, so a Lime plaster might provide a substantially sufficient pest-barrier already locking them out and preventing their moving-in due to Lime's high alkalinity. I'm curious to see @Sir Cobalot 's feedback. https://www.michelegargiulo.com/blog/natural-pesticides-limewash-insect-decline
