The exhaustion is real. You’re wondering if any of this is even working. I need you to hear this today ✝️ Isaiah 43:2 God literally says to you FEAR NOT. He’s not ignoring your pain. He’s IN it with you. Every session. Every breakthrough. Every ugly cry. Every moment you wanted to quit. He was right there. The fire you’re walking through right now? It’s not destroying you. It’s REMOLDING you. 🔥 The flood that feels like it’s drowning you? It’s not. It’s CLEANSING you. 💧 That’s exactly what this healing journey is. You don’t come out the same. You come out STRONGER. More whole. More free. More YOU. 💥 This community was not built by accident. God placed every single one of you here for a reason, for such a time as this. Keep going. The nervous system does not respond to what you know. It responds to what it has experienced. That is why understanding your trauma history, however clearly, does not automatically heal the way your body responds, to your husband's touch, his voice, his presence. Knowledge reaches the mind. Healing reaches the body. Both matter. Both are part of the work. And we are building both, together. That is what this community is for. You do not have to figure out the body part alone.
