Ongoing Production Line Bugs
Hi everyone, I’d like to report that my friends and I are facing several bugs related to our production lines across different businesses. Even when running at full production efficiency, some of our manufactures get clogged and stop outputting at the expected rate. It's been disrupting operations and making it hard to plan ahead. On top of that, some of our businesses aren’t showing up for each other, which is making coordination difficult. This issue affects Global Space (mine), Major Tom Ltd, and Ichigo Ichie. Possibly others as well. We’d really appreciate it if the game admins could take a look. These issues are ongoing and affecting gameplay stability. If anyone else is experiencing similar problems, feel free to chime in. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the clarification. For the first issue, we’ll try a hard refresh next time it happens. As for the second, it seems more serious. We run multiple manufacturers across our companies, and we supply both our own retailers and others through the Open Market. Before the issue began, we had carefully balanced production and sales to keep things running smoothly. Now, even when a manufacturer is running at full efficiency, some of them are producing far less than expected. Sometimes as low as 10 drones per day in real time, when they should be putting out 48 units, as they always had. This seems to go beyond the usual imbalance between manufacturing and retail capacity, so we’d really appreciate if your team could take a deeper look. Let us know if you need any specific business names or data from our side.
Line of Credit Bug
I struggled to pay my taxes at the end of the year, which triggered a $100 million Line of Credit, as per game rules. That’s fine—it was my mistake, and a business partner was helping me resolve it. However, for some reason, the $100 million loan from the United States was replaced with a much smaller debt on the Invoice and Loans page, leaving me unable to pay the full amount. I can now retain cash and actually play again, but the General Ledger under Business Reports still shows the amount I owe. A similar issue happened at the end of Year 1, but the amount was much smaller, and I was prepared. I paid it off, yet the Line of Credit still appeared in my liabilities. Could an admin take a look at this, please? My holdco name is Global Space.

Oh, well. Thanks anyway.
In Need of Phone Retailer
My holding company name is KayCapital, and I only have one operating business. That operating business is a smartphone manufacturing company and I'm struggling to find anyone that will even consider purchasing my product. I have gone through the business directory of every single phone retailer and have sent offers to every small retailing business. Yet, every offer that wasn't with someone I knew IRL was ignored. Can anyone think of a solution for me?

Hey Matias McEnnis, Yeah, getting the gears turning in the beginning can be tough. But instead of spreading yourself too thin, try sticking with a few businesses and really building those relationships. You know... less is more. Focus on improving your production capacity while also working on increasing your quality and feature percentages. The best approach I’ve found is to grow together. Compromise when needed, figure out which business relationships are the healthiest, and find the best fit for long-term success. At the end of the day, manufacturers in GoVenture World need to remember that this is a learning platform. It’s not just about making quick sales. It’s about understanding how to value and nurture supplier and retailer relationships. It’s a simulation game, so treat it as a real business experience. Both sides want to profit and grow, and the key is to find partners willing to build alongside you. Also, reach out to Major Tom Ltd. and Eisenhauer Corp. They’re close friends of mine IRL and might be able to figure something out to help you get started.
Issued Bonds... Issue [Solved]
Hey there, Here’s what happened: I issued 1,000 bonds with the wrong coupon rate, then bought back all the unsold ones and asked the 1st Bank for a new batch with the right rate. The bank approved it, I accepted, but the new bonds never showed up. As a backend adventurer, I can think of a few reasons this might’ve gone wrong, but I just did everything in good faith, thinking the new bonds would have a new symbol or something to tell them apart. The holding company name is Global Space, and the already issued bonds are under the GBS symbol, issue number 289. What can I do now? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Looks like it’s all sorted now. Both bond issues under GBS are visible. Thanks anyway
