Looking for a builder that I can properly understand, (english)
I'm building Arete Collective, with Socratic Spark as our AI implementation arm. The broader goal is to build practical business infrastructure that combines AI, automation, knowledge systems, data, and workflows into systems that actually improve how companies operate. I'm interested in more than isolated automations. The direction is toward connected operating systems that help businesses respond faster, retain more knowledge, reduce repetitive work, make better decisions, and capture opportunities that would otherwise get lost. Right now, I'm building out the service side of the company and looking for a strong technical builder who could potentially become someone I work with repeatedly as we take on more clients. The immediate project is a lead and estimate reactivation system for remodeling companies. The business problem is simple: contractors often have old inquiries and estimates sitting in their CRM that never became jobs. We're building a system that can go back through those opportunities, re-engage them, identify people who are still interested, hand qualified opportunities back to the contractor, and track the revenue recovered. At a high level, the system needs to: - ingest an existing CRM export, spreadsheet, or database of dormant leads and estimates - clean, organize, and segment the data - run approved multi-touch reactivation sequences - manage email/SMS workflows - detect and classify responses - handle opt-outs correctly - identify genuinely interested prospects - route qualified opportunities back to the client - track handoffs, opportunities, jobs, and attributed revenue - provide simple reporting - be reusable and adaptable for future clients I'm especially interested in builders comfortable with: - n8n or similar workflow tools - APIs and webhooks - JavaScript / Python - Twilio and SMS infrastructure - email automation - CRM integrations - Google Sheets / CSV workflows - LLMs for classification and workflow logic - building reliable production systems rather than impressive-looking demos

This sounds like a solid approach to solving a real business problem. I’m in the ecommerce space, mainly Shopify dropshipping, where I help beginners get started and existing store owners improve their stores and strategy. I’m always interested in connecting with people building practical systems around online businesses and exploring how different models can complement each other.
Let's earn a stable and long term income
Hello. I am Aaron, and I lead a five-person team based in the Philippines. We have previously generated revenue by securing projects from clients and agencies in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Toptal. However, as you are likely aware, the rise of AI agents and the spread of corporate automation have caused many developers to lose their jobs and flood the freelance market, thereby shrinking the market space available to us. Consequently, our revenue has not only gradually declined over the past few years but has also become significantly more volatile. Furthermore, earnings for developers in Asia remain substantially lower than those for their counterparts in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. There has also been a marked decrease in the number of companies and clients seeking Asian developers, as the pool of available freelancers from Europe, the U.S., and Latin America has expanded. While we could manage this disparity in the past when work was plentiful, the current situation is vastly different. Recognizing that our existing approach can no longer guarantee stable, long-term income, I have been exploring new strategies. Please see below for further details. After you read the docs and are interested in this proposal, Let's talk about this in more detail on Teams chat Teams: https://teams.live.com/l/invite/FEAG8V92AzLbElf4Q?v=g1

@Jhon Aaron I can relate to the shift in the online business space. I’m in ecommerce, mainly Shopify dropshipping, where I help beginners get started and also work with existing store owners to improve their stores and strategy. It’s been an interesting alternative income model, and I’m always open to connecting with others exploring more sustainable online opportunities.
If you vibe code client projects, this is the backend problem nobody talks about.
The front end is easy. Lovable, Claude, Cursor — done in hours. But the moment a client needs real pricing logic, business rules, or calculations — you're either hard-coding it into prompts or writing custom backend code. Both are a nightmare to maintain when something changes. I built a solution. Here's how it works: → You vibe code the front end (any tool) → It connects to n8n → n8n pulls the business logic from Quotix (the engine I built) → Quote calculated, result returned to the front end → Lead pushed to GoHighLevel automatically No black box. No hard-coded prices. Full control over the business logic from one place. https://www.loom.com/share/256a189b6ba74aa2bf53aeab14569bc0 I'm looking for people to test this. If you build for solar, HVAC, roofing, electrical — or any service business that needs on-site quoting — drop a comment or DM me. Free to test.

@Hisham Juneidi Interesting approach. I’m in the ecommerce space, mainly Shopify dropshipping, where I help beginners get started and existing store owners improve their stores and strategy. I’m always interested in seeing how automation can simplify different parts of an online business.
Let's earn a stable and high income
Hello. I am Aaron, and I lead a five-person team based in the Philippines. We have historically generated revenue by securing projects from clients and agencies in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Toptal. However, as you are likely aware, the rise of AI agents and the spread of corporate automation have caused many developers to lose their jobs and flood the freelance market, thereby shrinking the space available for us to operate. Consequently, our revenue has not only gradually declined over the past few years but has also become significantly more volatile. Furthermore, the income levels of Asian developers remain substantially lower than those of their counterparts in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. Additionally, as the pool of freelance talent from Europe, the U.S., and Latin America has expanded, the number of companies and clients seeking Asian developers has noticeably decreased. While we could manage this disparity in the past when work was plentiful, the current situation is vastly different. Recognizing that our existing methods can no longer guarantee stable, long-term income, I am currently exploring two new strategies. One strategy involves shifting our focus toward AI specialization, while the other entails expanding our operational regions to high-revenue markets such as the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. However, we currently lack the necessary capabilities to execute either of these plans effectively. Although we intend to pivot to AI, we have yet to secure the right experts for the transition. While our team possesses strong technical skills in AI automation, we lack extensive experience in specialized areas like advanced AI/LM (Large Language Models). We see a significant opportunity to generate high revenue by leveraging the rise of AI training platforms(Mercor, AfterQuery, DataAnnotation, Outlier, Turing, Snorkel ); however, we are hindered by a lack of developers with backgrounds in relevant natural sciences and by geographical limitations.

Looking for Long-Term Partners to Build and Grow Together
Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. I’m looking to connect with people who are interested in building something profitable together over the long term. A lot of people want to start something on their own but get held back by a lack of technical skills or experience. I’m exploring a different kind of partnership where we can combine our strengths and work toward a shared goal. There’s no upfront investment required, and you don’t need advanced technical skills or previous experience. What matters most is being reliable, confident, willing to learn, and committed to following through. If this sounds interesting to you, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to talk more and see if there’s a good fit for us to work together. Please send a DM or Telegram: @calton_dev

I like the idea of combining different strengths to build something long term. I’m in ecommerce, mainly Shopify dropshipping, where I help beginners get started and also work with existing store owners on their stores and strategy. I’d be interested in connecting and seeing if there’s a good fit.
