The Truth About Purpose
Many people believe purpose is something you “find.” In reality, purpose is something you build. Purpose is developed through responsibility, discipline, and the willingness to grow through adversity. The same struggles that once felt like setbacks often become the preparation for the leadership you are called to step into. Purpose is not discovered through comfort.Purpose is revealed through growth. Reflection question for today: What experience in your life once felt like a setback, but now may be preparing you for something greater?

For me it was going a homeless shelter, Now I see it as the moment that changed the course of my life. It allowed me to take the time needed to reflect on who God is and who I was In Gods eyes.
Introduction to pathways to purpose
Welcome to Pathways to Purpose. This space was created for people who know they are meant for more but may still be figuring out how to walk it out. Many of us have come through setbacks, mistakes, trauma, or seasons where life knocked us off course. But purpose is not canceled because of where you’ve been. In many cases, the very struggles we’ve walked through become the training ground for the life we are called to build. Pathways to Purpose is about learning how to think differently, take ownership of your direction, and grow into the leader you were created to be. Inside this community we will focus on: • Developing strategic thinking and decision-making • Rebuilding identity after setbacks • Leadership and personal responsibility • Faith-driven purpose and clarity • Turning life experience into impact This is not a space for excuses. This is a space for growth, truth, and transformation. If you’re here, I want you to introduce yourself below. Tell us: 1. Where you’re from 2. One challenge you’ve had to overcome 3. What kind of purpose or direction you’re seeking right now Your past doesn’t disqualify you. Sometimes it’s the very thing that prepares you to lead. Let’s build something meaningful together.
