I went from zero to 279 published posts in a month using my AI workflow Alexi. Here are the 5 biggest things I learned. 1. Volume solves production. It doesn’t solve distribution. I can create more content than I need now. But that exposed the next problem. Getting enough of the right people to actually see it. 2. Useful doesn’t automatically mean interesting. Founder Scan is useful. But “find your biggest constraint” isn’t something most founders wake up thinking about. They think: “I need more customers.” That distinction matters. 3. The hook matters more than the amount of content. Publishing 279 times gives you a lot of shots. But more weak hooks just means more content nobody notices. 4. My best content comes from what I’m actually doing. Building Alexi. The mistakes. The experiments. Client conversations. This 279-post experiment. I don’t need to constantly invent content ideas. The work is the content. 5. AI’s biggest advantage isn’t creating more content. It’s creating a faster learning loop. Idea → Publish → Data → Learn → Improve. That might be the biggest lesson from all of this. I started trying to solve my content problem. I solved it. And that exposed the next problem. Which, strangely enough, is exactly how building a business works.
