My biggest takeaway today is that in having a social media presence, use my name. I am the brand! My story, my voice, my identity. People need to know who I am!

My biggest obstacle has been visibility—balancing full‑time caregiving with building a speaking platform has slowed my ability to network and consistently put myself in front of decision‑makers.
