This weeks win!
Member win: the hum on the boat 🛥️ A mom I met recently told me what her mornings looked like. Lunches. Water bottles. "Go back upstairs, you forgot your library book." The same direction said 50 times. Then snapping at her kids, or at her husband, and repairing it later. In her words: "I've been breathing into beta just to get through the morning." She knew what she was "supposed" to do. Walk away. Take a deep breath. But in the moment it felt fake. She said it felt like closing in, and then she'd hear herself say the thing she didn't want to say. That's not a willpower problem. That's a nervous system stuck in the wrong gear. So that weekend, out on the boat with her family, she tried one thing. She looked out at the water and hummed. No one could hear her. Two minutes. "I literally felt so different." Now her boys hum with her. A few weeks later, in a hard conversation with her husband, she noticed something new. She could sit and listen, and she wasn't defensive. The weeks since have been some of their most connected. She didn't need more information. She already knew all of it. She needed a way to downshift in her body, in the moment. Horizon + hum. Two of the simplest tools I teach, and they worked together here. Your turn: where could you hum for 2 minutes today? The car line counts 👇

✨ NEW FREE TRAINING: One-Minute Nervous System Resets & Opportunity to WIN!
For years I kept hearing the same advice: “Fill your cup first.” And honestly? It used to make me want to scream. At the time I was raising three young kids, running businesses, trying to show up for everyone… and wondering WHEN exactly I was supposed to find an hour for myself. What I needed wasn’t another morning routine. I needed something that worked in the middle of real life. In the school pickup line. Between patients. While making dinner. After a hard conversation. When I had 60 seconds before walking back into the chaos. So I started creating tiny nervous system resets that could help me shift my state in one minute or less—because that was the time I actually had. Those simple practices became some of the most powerful tools I teach today, and they’ve become one of the most requested resources in our community. 💛 I’ve put my favorite One-Minute Nervous System Resets together for you, and I can’t wait for you to experience them. Here’s your challenge: 1. Watch the training. 2. Try one of the resets. 3. Come back here and leave a comment telling us: Which reset you tried. How you felt afterward. Where you think you’ll use it most in your everyday life. 🎁 The first TWO members to complete the challenge and leave a thoughtful comment will receive a complimentary 1:1 Connection Clarity Call with me. Because here’s what I want you to experience: You don’t need a perfect routine. You don’t need another thing on your to-do list. Sometimes the smallest shift in your nervous system changes the entire direction of your day. I can’t wait to hear which reset becomes your favorite. 💛 Here she is! https://www.skool.com/beehive-3675/classroom/5a00d3ba?md=f1009b0276e544998833c63bf63d9243&fbclid=IwVERDUATXDqxwZG9mBWZkaWQWULeceFeiDOF5UcW7z_nFjgCTcBT1sGV4dG4DYWVtAjExAHNydGMGYXBwX2lkDzE3Mzg0NzY0MjY3MDM3MAABHp6E2ASAgi1ABRQcLnvER-qGX2Tgcb4AJxvGwfORhZ7-96CtMWChH6iFeUeg_aem_niDtHtuEKAb7dNHnEBHdqA

You don't have to enter me but just wanted to share I noticed I instinctively reach to do an ear massage when I start getting stressed! And a few months ago I was in a car accident and realized I was doing butterfly taps while I was on the phone with my mom telling her it happened. Thank you for sharing these!

One of the women in our group coaching container shared something this week that I have not been able to stop thinking about. She was at the lake with her family. Coffee in hand, watching everyone move around her. And right in the middle of what should have been a perfect moment, the old voice showed up right on cue. What should I be doing right now? That question. The one so many of us have running on loop underneath everything. The one that turns a Sunday morning into a to-do list. The one that makes rest feel like laziness and presence feel like something we have to earn. But this time something different happened. Instead of answering it with a person to serve or a task to complete — she got instant clarity. This. This is what I should be doing right now. That is the work. And I know it sounds almost too simple. But here is why it is not. Most of us have been narrated our entire lives by a voice that runs on shoulds. That narrator does not take days off. It runs underneath the family dinners, the school pickups, the quiet moments that were supposed to be yours. And over time it creates what most high-capacity women know intimately — resentment, depletion, and a creeping feeling of having lost yourself somewhere in the serving. What we do in this work is not add more to your plate. It is learning to flip the narrator. In moments. In two-minute windows. Using neuroscience-based strategies that shift your internal state from urgency to presence, from resentment to regulation, from running on empty to actually filling your cup. Sometimes that looks like a woman at a lake with her coffee, finally hearing a different answer to a question she has been asking her whole life. That quiet moment? That is everything. Curious what this could shift for you? The group container is where this happens. Drop a comment or send me a message <3
