Curious How Writing a Book Could Transform Your Nursing Career?
Hi everyone, I’m Mary Ghazarian, a Nurse Practitioner who’s passionate about empowering our nursing community. I specialize in career and business coaching for nurses and NPs, professional development, psychotherapy, and teaching nurses how to write and publish their own books. I'm also the author of Nursing Wisely, a self-help and career development book for nurses, and I’m currently working on my second book, Nursing Wealthy. Have you ever thought about how your unique experiences could inspire and guide others? Writing your own book not only establishes you as a thought leader but also opens doors to new career opportunities and creates lasting impact—beyond the confines of daily shifts. Imagine turning your insights into a legacy that helps shape the future of nursing. I invite you to ask questions, share your thoughts, or even just explore the idea of what writing could do for your professional journey. What story do you have that could spark change? Let’s dive into this conversation together!

Time to Deprescribe Old Beliefs
💊 As nurses, we’re often prescribed beliefs early in our careers. Beliefs that once protected us, motivated us, and gave us structure. But here’s the thing: just like medications, beliefs have side effects. 👉 “Overtime = Success” left us exhausted. 👉 “Never Say No” left us resentful. 👉 “Money = Greedy” left us underpaid. 👉 “Patients First, Me Last” left us burnt out. 👉 “Security in the Paycheck” left us trapped. At some point, it’s time to deprescribe what no longer serves us. Because holding on to old prescriptions means staying stuck in an identity that was never meant to carry us into our next chapter. It’s not about abandoning nursing—it’s about rewriting the prescription. The new script looks different: ✨ Freedom ✨ Abundance ✨ Leadership ✨ Wealth That’s the Wealthy Nurse identity—an identity built not on scarcity and sacrifice, but on purpose, prosperity, and possibility. If you’re ready to let go of what’s holding you back and step into a new way of practicing, leading, and living… ⚡ Nursing Wealthy Founder’s Bundle ⚡ $787 in Nursing Wealth Tools — Yours for $30 CAD One nurse building wealth is powerful. Discover your strength- the power of community
As a passionate advocate for nurse wellness and entrepreneurship, I’m dedicated to helping healthcare professionals rediscover balance, fulfillment, and purpose. After experiencing the pressures and burnout that so many nurses face, I knew there was a better way to live a meaningful life without sacrificing health and happiness. I have dozens of friends who are nurses, and when I ask them, 'Would you choose nursing as a profession again?' the overwhelming response has been no. It's disheartening to hear this from people who entered the field with so much passion and dedication, but it’s a reflection of the immense stress, burnout, and lack of support so many nurses face today. I created this community to support all nurses in managing stress, practicing mindfulness, and exploring alternative career paths that allow them to leverage their skills in ways that reduce burnout. Whether through self-reflection, finding a place to safely vent, “meeting” others who are having the same issue, discovering new entrepreneurial opportunities outside of traditional healthcare, or simple stress-relief techniques, my mission is to guide nurses toward reclaiming their joy—both in their personal and professional lives. Together, we can break free from the pressures of traditional healthcare roles, find our own paths to wellness, and make a living doing what we love.

I would choose it again, but I would make moves quicker to create my ideal career and additional lines of income.
