Thank you for your answer, I have a non functional Thyrod I drink just green tea and for breakfast I have oats with almonds, nuts, raisins, and many other seeds, is a blend that I prepare at home, I roast the oats with coconut oil and honey, I use to have a lot of rice , but since I broke my foot I can’t make it any more, although I haven’t do much exercises, just the ones that you gave us, I had los 3 kilos so probably is the rice that doesn’t do good to me, I will look for frozen fish with no batter from now on, thank you.
