💥 2025 is almost in the books but we're just getting warmed up! ✅ In 2026 we'll be aiming to have official IRL with Presenters every month giving killer talks like the ones @Ryan Bakke, CPA and @Krista Brea gave (Part 2 of their videos coming this later this week). 📆 No official date yet but roughly mid-January and will feature a talk from Real Estate expert @Oscar Setiawan, owner of the killer (Soon to Be Officially Named) podcast studio. Did we mention he owns the whole building, complete with rental and air BnB units? The man knows his Real Estate 🔥 We're also going to be doing as many less formal fun hangouts as we can: ☃️ NEXT HANGOUT JANUARY 2nd, 8pm-10pm Ice Skating at Maggie Daly Park Reserve Your Spot Here 👋 After that we are looking for hosts to add events to the calendar. @Kenneth Richardson has already volunteered to host a rug making workshop and we can't wait! I just wanted to take a moment to share a little win 🏆 I got this week thanks for @Oscar Setiawan after his motivational presentation on getting monetized on Facebook I went out there and did the thing! I barely have 500 friends on Facebook but I went from posting on there like once a month to posting daily. 🗓️ I got monetized yesterday and now I’m on my way to riches 🤣🤣 but proof you can monetize Facebook. How much do you think I will earn in April? $1, $3, $5+ and get a payout ???

Last year’s Skool IRL in Chicago was special. Not just bc of the sickass baseball game. Not just bc of the bean. but also, the friends we made along the way.
