@Billy Robert yes makes sense, thank you. I think i'll stick to text book now tho. Its all more advanced.
Technical practice
-2 or 2b +slip or feint (prioritizing rear shoulder rotation, hip rotation and grounding shots) -working against bad habit of rear hand facing down or outwards -prioritizing rear hand palm to hug cheek during jabs and before straights -active defense during resets/ slipping rolling out after sequence -trying to relax shoulder -trying to have lead leg bent instead of straight and vulnerable -working on general flow, threading combos, sequences, resetting

I feel as if I can only have really good technique ocasionally in my absolute best conditon. As on average I am not so consistent. As in this video a few days ago. I'm super explosive and agile. Days like today where I did a 5km run in the morning, and don't feel so explosive in the afternoon. Is there an alternative way to box when I am not in the best condition and it is harder to be as explosive?

Since my general experience with boxing is quite low. As i've been working with a coach for only two months. I'm not sure how to intelligently train independently to supplement the 3x a week, with coach (padwork and technical sparring). I run 3x a week and lift weights once a week. I have a good general fitness as I've always been into sports. Honestly I just train everyday, and on days that supposed to be my rest days, I just shadow box very slowly aiming for long times like 10min x4 with 2 min rest
