Hey guys , I'm very happy to be here , My name is Marveen , I'm very interested in real estate , I wanted to start with wholesaling then make my way up , I had a couple questions about wholesale real estate 1- As anyone wholesale a property that was on the market if so , how did it go ? 2- What's the pros and cons between on market deals and off market deals ?
